Questions, answered.

What fits in the backpack?

Poop bags, a handful of small treats and a small key. Keep it light so the harness sits comfortably on your dog.

How do I put it on?

Set the shell on your dog's back with the turtle head toward their neck, click the buckles, then adjust the straps so two fingers fit underneath.

How do I choose the right size?

It's one size: the shell is about 20 × 18 × 20 cm and the straps adjust to fit small dogs and puppies. Not sure? Email pupmio@outlook.com with your dog's chest size.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 4 to 8 business days within the US, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

What if it doesn't fit?

You're covered by our 30-Day Fit Guarantee. If it doesn't fit your dog, email pupmio@outlook.com and we'll exchange or refund you. It must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

What dog parents are saying

No more stuffed pockets! Poop bags and treats ride in her backpack, so walks are so much easier.

Ashley - 10/14/26

It goes on in seconds with the side buckles, and he doesn’t fight it. The reflective strips are great for night walks.

Sarah K. - 10/10/26

I followed the size chart and it fits my 12 lb Pom perfectly. It’s snug but doesn’t rub, and there’s no slipping out.
