Refund policy

30-Day Fit Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a size exchange or a refund.

Eligibility. The item must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and damage, and returned in its original packaging with all parts included.

How to start a return. Email us at pupmio@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping. The customer pays return shipping for size exchanges and change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, usually with a free replacement and no return needed.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges. For a different size, we'll ship the new size once your return is received.

Non-returnable. Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, and free gifts.
