Email pupmio@outlook.com first and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or missing a part, in which case we cover it.

How do I put it on?

Slip it over your dog's head, click the two side buckles, then adjust the straps so two fingers fit underneath.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog's chest around the widest part, just behind the front legs, then check the neck. Compare both with the size chart. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
